Fred P. Rinaldi

Partner Fred P. Rinaldi received his B.S. from the University of Scranton in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan UniversityLaw School in 1998. After being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1999, Attorney Rinaldi became a partner at Rinaldi & Poveromo, P.C.

Attorney Rinaldi is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, all State and Appellate and County Courts in Pennsylvania, and The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Rinaldi was appointed as Director and Solicitor for the following organizations: the Greater Northeast Chamber of Commerce; the Ronald McDonald House of Scranton, Inc. where he also served as Past President; the Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Inc. where he also serves as President; past President of Old Forge Lions Little League, Inc. where he raised over $520,000.00 dollars for field renovations and expansion.

He was appointed by former Governor Ed Rendell and re-appointed by former Governor Tom Corbett and Governor Tom Wolf as Director for the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority.

Attorney Rinaldi has served as the Judge of Elections for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Small Business Persons of the Year. He also served on the Old Forge School District Local Tax Study Commission.

Attorney Rinaldi is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Lackawanna County Bar Association. He is also a certified Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program.

He was honored by the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and was selected for inclusion on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star”.
