Raymond C. Rinaldi, II

Attorney Raymond C. Rinaldi, II’s practice focuses on corporate, financial, banking, estate, business, real estate, and school law. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he became an attorney for Rinaldi & Poveromo, P.C. In 2003, Attorney Rinaldi received his Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University’s Graduate Tax Program.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Attorney Rinaldi is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Lackawanna County Bar Association. A member of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association, he is also a member of the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys.

Attorney Rinaldi serves as Solicitor for the Riverside School District and the Oxford Area School District. He previously served as Solicitor for Mountain View School District. He also served as Solicitor for the Lackawanna County Board of Assessment. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania and a Director of First Northern Bank & Trust.
